Visiting Wyoming can leave you speechless, then turn you into a storyteller.
We created these Grand Teton and Yellowstone tours from Jackson
to share our love of the place we call home.
The Great Western Expeditions Story
Where It All Began
Hi, we’re Rob & Stacey Caesar and we love Wyoming. All of it. From the spectacular National Parks that surround our Jackson Hole home, to the trout-filled rivers, mountains, canyons, deserts, grasslands, and wildlife that roam free throughout this magnificent state.
That’s why we created Great Western Expeditions. Wyoming is our home. We were born and raised here and have spent our lives exploring all its treasures. We’d be honored to share those treasures with you.
We’re based in Jackson so of course we feature select full and half day, sunrise and sunset sightseeing and wildlife tours in Teton and Yellowstone National Parks, many with wine and gourmet meals, served safari style.
But we can also design unique expeditions with you, that take you beyond Wyoming’s most familiar attractions, to explore Wyoming’s cowboy legacy on a horse, or Native American heritage, to ancient petroglyphs, and so much more.
And many Great Western Expeditions are highlighted with delicious full-course meals and your choice of beverages.
“When you’re ready to experience a true Wyoming adventure, we’d like to design that journey with you.
A journey to what we call our “Wyoming ~ Beyond.”

Our priority is making you and your group feel comfortable and safe. We carefully clean all of our vehicles before/after each excursion, and encourage the use of a face mask while on the road. Please share your preferences or concerns with your guide.
What We Offer
From sleigh rides and snow-capped peaks in the winter months, to long, warm summer days and abundant wildlife in the Spring, Summer and Fall – each season comes with a fresh set of tracks and scenery to explore.
We’re not just travel designers, we’re educators. There is as much to learn about the ecosystem as there is to see – and we’re ready to share.
Dining & Beverages
With so much to see, we’ve found the best way to avoid interruption is to prepare a special meal right in the field. And for a special treat, wine, craft beer and cocktails are also on the menu.
Our National Parks have unprecedented wildlife viewing opportunities including bison, moose, bear, wolf, elk, antelope, coyote and fox. Look up, and you’re likely to spot a bald eagle, osprey or hawk.
Years of Experience
We began the business of helping visitors explore our valley over 25 years ago.
Each year we strive to make every experience better than those before it. That’s passion.
Our sister company, Mountain Resort Chauffeured Transportation, offers top-of-the-line transportation including SUV’s, Vans, Mini and Motor Coaches so you can relax and enjoy the ride.
