Positions Available:
Seasonal & Full-Time
Senior Chauffeur
• Provide safe, professional, and detail-oriented transportation services.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating client needs and ensuring a seamless experience.
• Balance personality with discretion to adapt to varying client preferences.
• Some training available, but candidates should have strong foundational driving and customer service skills.
• Ideal candidates have tour guide skills to enhance the guest experience and increase work opportunities.
Tour Guide
• Lead engaging and informative tours, sharing insights on local history, geology, flora, and fauna.
• Experience preferred but training available for the right candidate.
• Must have a great personality, strong communication skills, and a solid foundation of local knowledge.
• Combining tour guiding with senior chauffeur duties provides a more balanced and consistent work schedule.
CDL Bus Driver
• Requires at least a Class C CDL with a “P” (Passenger) endorsement; air brake endorsement preferred but not required.
• Safety-focused, detail-oriented professional with a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle group transportation efficiently.
• Availability for afternoon/evening shifts on weekends is preferred.
• Responsible for transportation services, including wedding and event shuttles, group outings, and national park tours (with a separate guide providing narration).
Sales and Reservations
• Preferred candidates have at least basic customer service experience.
• Communicate with clients via email, phone, and text to provide information on our range of services.
• Manage the detailed booking process and ensure smooth coordination of reservations.
• Often combined with dispatch duties for a more dynamic role.
Dispatch
• Oversee and manage the execution of reservations, coordinating with MRS/GWE staff.
• Assign and monitor trips to ensure seamless service for clients.
• Often paired with sales and reservations responsibilities.

Full-Time
Consistent schedule with regular hours throughout the season.
Part-Time
Flexible scheduling based on availability.
Seasonal Full-Time
Work full-time during peak seasons.
Seasonal Part-Time
Part-time work opportunities within peak seasons.
On-Call
Ideal for those with other jobs looking to supplement their income.
Many opportunities arise during weekend afternoons/evenings in summer and fall, particularly for weddings and corporate events.
Occasional multi-day opportunities for larger group functions..
